Can you log into your plaid account and sever that link while still being able to make transfers since Google now has that information on their end? It sounds like Plaid is only used ONE time to get the routing/account #s (and other little stuff listed on that help page). When you search for "routing" on google-pay''s support page, the ONLY result you get is (it's the color/pattern, plaid). I hope it does and they can tell me where. I replied to other people's posts where they said the ACH routing# method exists. Now your only option appears to be to use Plaid, and I have NO desire to share my credentials with anyone (it just won't happen, period). The old google-pay add/link a bank methods were either using your debit card numbers, or doing the slow routing/account numbers, where 2 amounts are transferred to your bank account and you verify those amounts in google-pay days later.īut that latter method doesn't appear to exist in GPay. I know about instant transfer fees, and no-fee transfers.
